All payments are processed through Paddle, our third-party payment processor. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method. Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms.
You may upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and billing will be prorated accordingly.
If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, you may contact us for a full refund. After 30 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Upon cancellation, your connected LinkedIn and Notion integrations will be disconnected.
